Product Description

These needle roller bearings include a clutch in the assembly that move the bearing in a single direction. Their outer shell, or cup, serves as the outer-ring raceway. The cup is drawn from a strip of steel and case-hardened. These bearing and clutch assemblies are often used in conveyor applications that require movement in only one direction.

Features:

  • Roller clutch for transmitting torque in one direction while allowing free overrun in the opposite direction
  • Drawn steel outer shell (cup) has a small cross-section for use in restricted spaces
  • Molded acetyl resin polymer clutch cage with an integral leaf spring for each roller
  • Through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel rollers for heat tolerance and durability under heavy loads
  • Operates continuously at temperatures up to 200 degrees F (90 degrees C).
